This Privacy Notice applies to Heritage Park Weddings, part of the Emergency Management, Events and Weddings team of Bath & North East Somerset Council. It applies to people making enquiries to hire or confirming bookings with any of the venues within the Heritage Park Weddings portfolio (currently The Temple of Minerva and Botanical Gardens, Royal Victoria Park Bandstand and the Bandstand and Colonnades in Parade Gardens). The Privacy Statement explains what information about you will be collected by Bath and North East Somerset Council when you make a booking, or enquire about hiring one of the park venues or when you access the website. It explains how this information is collected, stored and used and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information.
What data do we collect?
The contact form on this website will collect your name and email address, so that we are able to respond to your enquiry and send you further information about our venues. When booking a venue we also take an address which is included on your Hire Agreement and a telephone number so that we can communicate to plan your event.
How do we store it?
An electronic copy of your booking form filled out by yourself and a Hire Agreement, which includes your personal data, will be kept securely on Bath & North East Somerset Council’s servers. No hard copies are kept on file.
Do we share your data?
Personal Data will not be shared with any other organisation without permission.
How long do we store it?
Personal data relating to private hire events is held for up to 4 years after which it is deleted. When you submit personal information using the enquiry form on: heritageparkweddings.co.uk, the web form submissions are stored for up to 6 months after which they will be deleted.
